Terms of Service
These terms apply to the game CATD: Paws & Towers and to the websites playcatd.com and shop.playcatd.com (together, "the Service"). The Service is provided by PT Richfield Widjaja Digital (RW Play), Indonesia ("we"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. The game, its art, music, code and content belong to us or our licensors.
2. Accounts
- You can play as a Local Guest without an account. Your progress then stays on your device. We cannot restore it if the device is lost or reset.
- If you create a CATD account, keep your linked Google or Facebook login secure. Anyone who controls that login can use your account.
- Your Player ID is public. Never share login codes shown in the game, such as shop link codes, with anyone else.
- You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.
3. Diamonds and other virtual items
- Diamonds, Hero Essence, Hero Souls, boxes, VIP Card and other in-game items are a limited licence to use digital content in CATD. They have no cash value. You cannot exchange them for money, sell them or transfer them to another account.
- Diamonds you buy are added after our server confirms the payment with Google Play or our payment provider. Diamonds earned in gameplay and Diamonds you buy may follow different rules in the game. For example, only purchased Diamonds are kept on our server.
- Purchases are final, except where the law or the store's refund policy requires otherwise. Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, we remove the Diamonds it delivered. If they were already spent, we may restrict the account until the balance is settled.
- If you delete your account, its remaining Diamonds and items are permanently lost.
- We may change, rebalance or discontinue virtual items and game features. If we close the game, we will announce it in advance as the law and store rules require.
4. Fair play
You must not:
- cheat, use bugs or exploits, or modify the game or its saved data to get items or currency;
- use another person's account or payment method;
- interfere with our servers or attempt unauthorised access;
- abuse refunds or chargebacks.
If you do, we may remove items or suspend or close the account. If you find a security problem, please report it to support@playcatd.com.
5. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Cloud save and purchases need an internet connection.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms. We will show the new date above and tell you about significant changes in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country you live in still apply.
